Responding, 5884 Stevens Forest Road. Caller is advising a vehicle pulled into the area that was actively leaking oil. Subjects parked the vehicle, threw a cover on it, and then started to walk down the street. Caller is advising the subject does not live in the area. Vehicle is a gray Chevy Impala, possibly, with at least one donut tire on it. Caller can still see the vehicle.
