127, in order to pass harassment, 5173 Viaduct Avenue, 5173 Viaduct, near South Rowland Road in Gundry Plain. Heather said that she was walking down South Rowland Road in Viaduct where a call pulled up and got out of the car. A subject walked up to her and aggressively started to talk to her in a harassing way. Said this happened 20 minutes ago. Subject was in a silver Honda Civic with Maryland registration 0 Zebra 3615. Black male, 20 to 30s, wearing shorts and a t-shirt and sneakers.
