Dispatch to 904, 9805. The male has left on foot. He's going to be a black male, approximately 5'6", husky, possibly with a yellow shirt and green shorts with a bag in hand. Copy, and this is the third party? That's affirm. The female was driving a dark blue Chevy, apparently was going to be dropping the kids off at school. Received. So, no parties are still on scene? Dispatch, 9804, 9805, copy call. 905. Call to 1551 4th Avenue, on the second floor for a domestic. Caller said they saw a male beating a woman in a car at the address. Apparently, the female was nude with a child in the car. The female was currently leaving with the child. Still obtaining further.
