301 West Main Street at the Salvation Army. Caller is not on location, they're in Scranton right now, but approximately 18-year-old Black male wearing a black t-shirt with jeans is sitting on the front stairs. Saw him this morning on his camera, and he has been there since about 2.30, facing back and forth and urinating in the alleyway.
