In the 33rd Avenue and Clarendon, southwest corner for a male inside the fenced-off construction site. No injuries. They're saying he has a knife but is not threatening with it. Unknown race male, he's tall, skinny, gray shirt, black shorts with white stripes. He was hiding in the port. The Porter John complainant got the door open, then he came out. He's now on foot heading northbound.
