Toronto, all units, all units, special attention. Sector 3, observed in the area, 139 Mass Ave, and then turning on Vassar towards the Hyatt. A gray Mazda zip car, possibly intoxicated operator, driving erratically, shouted at the caller. From the caller, he was driving around the area all night like that. Does not want to speak to police, just wants us to be aware. Unknown registration, gray Mazda with a zip car, turned up from Mass Ave on to Vassar towards the Hyatt, possibly intoxicated operator.
