Units to respond, on the signal 8, 104 Westerly Road, cross of Fairfield and Frederick Street, reported as a male with a mustache, possibly accompanied with other people in the alleyway to the side of the garage. Sounds like they're trying to get into the garage or hiding in the abandoned house that's adjacent to the home.
