It's more of a found child near the Ladder 284, apartment 8401 South Hosmer. Callers have passed by. They saw a child sitting alone in the parking lot. Said his name was Josiah, Black male, 14, 5'6", medium-build, black, short hair, Jordan shoes. Said that his mom and dad were fighting, sitting right outside.
