Units in the area, I-24 East and 124 River 2, BOLO 1057. For a silver tractor-trailer, Kentucky 28, Tango 5 Charlie 738. Tried to run the caller off the road. Caller advised the truck was swerving into his lane. Isn't doing this to other vehicles. Also not letting vehicles pass. Caller is behind the tractor-trailer in a white Elantra.
