The party is at 359 Poplar Street. They called in advising a suspect vehicle of a white Mercedes sedan with a partial plate starting with an N, Nora, black and yellow plate out of California, had followed their daughter home. RP is concerned that the party now knows where they live. They said that the driver of the white Mercedes was flashing their high beams at the victim vehicle, followed them home, and yelled out their window to the daughter to learn how to drive. They described the driver as a WMA.
