402. Go ahead. Check welfare, 10th and K, going northbound on the west side. There's two 20 to 25-year-old white males, black shirts and shorts with a backpack. Possibly code 19, they're walking along the construction barrier. One of them keeps veering farther into the street and flipping off, passing vehicles. Northbound from 10th and K King on the west side.
