Box 235, that major disturbance, 10305 Ferguson Road. Disturbance with Hispanic male, last seen wearing a black hat, gray shirt, gray shorts. State suspect's chronic issue at location, sitting outside on patio drinking. State suspect drank all night, then will leave the location and be hungover when customers arrive. One officer's out to remove the suspect from location. No injuries and no weapons. No further information.
