Headquest for police at 1717 East Kensington Boulevard. 1717 East Kensington Boulevard. Caller originally called for a known subject that was in the vestibule and has urinated in the vestibule in the past. However, the subject left and he canceled and then he called back stating that he just wants an officer to speak to him not to go back in there. Subject is described as a black male with a gray hoodie and dark pants. Subject is about the 4400 block of Oakland at this time.
