The sad thing is you never know whose fault it is, because there are equally as many stupid drivers as there are stupid pedestrians. Everyone needs to learn the rules of the road because it seems like nobody knows them

Police was trying to pull the motorcycle over he kept going and got hit, heard on the scanner
So sad
Pedestrians have the right a way in a cross walk but must to yield to vehicles otherwise.
This was someone on a motorcycle the way there talking
