Communication with all units, BOLO from RPD, attempted 65 approximately 47 minutes ago, and then a strong arm approximately 30 minutes ago. Both occurred in the area of Clark, Oberlin, Chamberlain Streets. Suspect vehicle is a dark red Toyota hatchback, partial, possible North Carolina registration. Paul, Adam, Charles, possible, partial, North Carolina PAC. At least two occupants in that vehicle. Both Black men.
