New to the board in 12, auto theft in progress, Van Buren and Peoria, Peoria and Van Buren. Third party caller says a dark silver sedan with an unknown plate number. There was a male wearing a ski mask, a gray hoodie, and something camo. He was trying to steal a parked vehicle. Caller can see the male at the door. Looked like a male got into a vehicle. No make, no model, no license plate.
