Attention, Kokomo and Howard County units, stand by for Investigate 4. Investigate 4, two motorcycles, signal 23, drag racing, up and down Dixon from Lincoln, Dixon and Lincoln. They're currently sitting in the parking lot at 2635 South Dixon, Bible Baptist Church. Complainant advised they have been drag racing for quite some time. We've received two calls on them now.
