Assault at 1 and Pike. Five minutes ago, person threw an unknown substance at the caller's daughter and then threatened to assault the caller. Caller also saw the suspect growing up and yelling at other people. White female, 40s to 50s, 5'7", thin-build, black sweater with queens on it and black pants. 1 and Pike.
