Godfrey, make your own case. Caller's reporting reckless driver started in the area of Motomart, 5311 Godfrey Road, just past McDonald's at the end of the call. Was advising of a gray Kia that appeared to be all over the roadway. At one point did stop in the roadway, but has continued since.
