on bridge. We have both cars trespassing, 13th and Nicholas. 13 Nicholas, you can see Michael with security. States at the construction site in the dumpster. Parties possibly taking scrap. They're not supposed to be there. Told the caller they'll clean up when they're done. Suspects are two white males, late 40s, early 50s, and a red pickup truck with flashers on. No weapons, drinking, drugs seen. 3 Adam 37. Clear. 4 Paul 291.
