It's going to be in the wharf lot, 2 West Johnson Street. Caller's reporting that a woman and her two children were arguing in the parking lot. The kid appears scared. The kids are currently going to be with her. The mother is going to be in a gray minivan. They'll all be in the parking lot waiting for officers.
