I need to start you to the area of 12 Boylston Street along with EMS and fire. Billy Lickers, white male with a cane, was found unresponsive in the road. He is semi-responsive now. Sounds like he was struck by a male operator in a vehicle. That male was pulled off to the side of the road. I'm clearing here. I'll head that way. Received.
