Calling party advising three teens on dirt bike speeding, driving recklessly, headed southbound. Lifting up their bikes, going through traffic, calling black. Received another call advising three males on bikes, now at 528 and Barbara. Advising, by this area now. and Sarah, worried they're going to cause an accident.
