Connor states that there is a male Hispanic last seen wearing a shirt that states USA Gymnastics Field. Attempting to take a female Hispanic wearing a black shirt and pants, pink Crocs, into a red Jeep Wrangler. Caller claims the female appears to be intoxicated and doesn't know the male. Car is facing eastbound on Chicago at the location.
