Clear. 6020 is going to check by with you for traffic control. 45 inbound at Shepherd for a vehicle disabled in lane number 2. No lights on, the hood came up and broke the windshield. If there's any wreckers in that area, help them out. 45 inbound at the Shepherd curve, lane number 2 for a disabled vehicle with no lights on it and moving into traffic with the hood up and the windshield broken.
