246, 243, suspicious vehicle, Security Plus, Federal Credit Union, 7135 Windsor Boulevard, 7135 Windsor off of Rutherford and Windsor Mill. Complainant advising there's a vehicle in the back of the lot that does not have any plates. The lights are on. Lights went out when a staff member drove by. It's a silver Mercedes-Benz sedan.
