742. 523 Arch Street, 523 Arch Street, apartment 1 for harassment in progress. Sounds like it's turning into more of a disturbance now. RP's saying there's a male there threatening to harm her and her friends. He's approaching them and then walking away and keeps approaching them again. Sounds like some sort of verbal disturbance as well.
