If that's clear, for a criminal mischief in progress at Navigation and Canal, caller was reporting, caller's third party said he saw a person of interest taking huge rocks and destroying the screens. Location, Hispanic female, wearing a green shirt and checkered pants, walking on canal at Colby. Caller said he still has eyes on her. Any other unit that can check by?
