This is the second time that there has been a pitbull with out a leash. My dog was attacked by a gray Pitbull on Saturday August 15th around 10:40 am. The owner feld after his the attacked my dog. The owner is a Africa America male in his 30's with a gray large Pitbull. Be aware!!!!!! It cost my familia alot of money for our dogs surgery. Our dogs is still going through recovery.
