Control, West particular attention to Town and Geddes Patrol's reckless driver, possible menacing situation. Area of 211 Parsons Drive, Town and Geddes. Caller reported a white male in his 40s in a white SUV, unknown registration, approached the caller in his driveway, shouted at him about not stopping at a sign, and then took off at a high rate of speed towards East Ranger. This occurred around 1900 hours.
