Code 3, 311, 311 North Logan Avenue at Flange at North Logan. Echo 17 with Engine 1, flat injured cross. It's going to be Code 3 on a 73-year-old female outside in the alley on the west side, having difficulty moving her foot, and she doesn't seem to know where she is. Code 3, Engine 1.
