966, Lincoln 959. 966. 959. Start for a Walmart, 1100 Lejeune, for a suspicious person in row 4 and 5. This black male with a goatee, gray shirt, with blue writing and black pants and blue shoes. He's been going up to vehicles and knocking on windows as people are driving by, aggressively running up to vehicles. 17's also concerned he might be hit by a vehicle.
