I have a suspicious person, 5 below 375 Howe Avenue. Caller's going to be an employee and advised there's been a male standing outside since 2 p.m. He's currently outside on the steps. He's been asking people for money. It's going to be a black male in a windbreaker, in black jeans and a blue shirt.
