It's going to be 628 North Cedar. 628 North Cedar at A&W. I have a staff calling. Intoxicated Black male wearing a white shirt and cream pants with a ankle monitor on that says he just got released from jail and is trying to steal a cup. The caller is calling from the bathroom advising nothing has been physical at this time.
