I have a 31 just occurred at 6327 Miramont Parkway at Continental Pool. Black male, approximately 40 years of age, carrying a plastic bag, walking to the plaza. He spit on the elderly male. The elderly male is GOA. Subject now near the tire shop. No weapons received. Units in 10-6.
