Go ahead. This will be 5300 South I-15, northbound. RP reported that there was a pickup truck with its back, tailgate open, had debris in the back. Was concerned he was going to lose it. He stated the vehicle then pulled over to the right shoulder in that vicinity. It's a red truck, unknown plate.
