8104 McCorkle Avenue Southeast, 8104 McCorkle Avenue Southeast, cross of 81st and 82nd. Got a male that came and pulled a cord off the side of the car a lot and saw the collar and laid it in the road, took off. He's a white male, bald cap, darker clothing, last seen headed down 81st Street. Advised he was trying to steal from the premise.
