331, your PR is locked out inside the balcony. Any southeast unit, ADW just occurred, Broadway and 76. See PR in a tan Chevrolet Tahoe in front of the doctor's office. Occurred five minutes ago at 651 West Colden Avenue. Suspect vehicle is a blue Dodge Charger on one license plate. Suspect is a male, Black, 18 to 20 years, black hooded sweatshirt and black jeans. Threatened PR with a dark gray and black handgun. Code 2, incident 2971.
