Atterbury, go ahead. 103, if you could check downtown near North Main and Clinton, just do a drive-by. We had a caller advise his wife notified him that there was a heavy-set male, white, in his 40s, begging for money in that area. Made his wife feel uncomfortable. Copy, I just drove through there. He's standing on the corner of Clinton and 91 on the sidewalk with a sign. He's within his rights.
