110-4, next stop 17th, truck and motor aggravating, 29 Northport Road, Sound Beach, off New York Ave. It's a male laying in the street, approximately 30-years-old Black male, white tank, blue shorts, no shoes, has a drink next to him. Complainant saw him moving, unknown if rescue is needed. He was called in by a passing motorist, negative injury.
