Units, we're getting a call for a reckless driver at 38th Avenue and 66th Street North, 38th and 66th. Complainant's advising a school bus is driving recklessly, almost caused two accidents. Tour being cutting in front of vehicles, last seen headed eastbound. Bus number 21516, time lapse of 5 minutes. No description of the driver, unknown if kids were on the bus. There's nothing further at 1537.
