312, in the area of 2414 Clinton Avenue. Caller's advising there was a male subject on a bicycle, walking up, pulling on doors. It was a black male, 55 to 60, wearing a blue shirt, red shorts, with black stripes. Last seen going westbound on Clinton. Caller thought he was suspicious.
