5842 Carnation Ave. 5842 Carnation Ave. Complainant advised he was behind a Nipsco truck on 20 in Portage, and they had a package blowout of the truck. He currently has a package at this location. Concerned if it's important. Called Nipsco three times. They did not know what to do.
