Got a disturbance emergency, 11250 Harry Hines Boulevard. Going to be a disturbance between the caller and a Black male that choked the female. Caller stated that her little brother bumped into subject and apologized. Suspect got upset and choked the female. Suspect is a Black male wearing all black. 531's available, still supervising for this disturbance emergency.
