1356 Hanford Street, the Charleston Correctional Center. There's a White male, goes by Richard Short, red t-shirt, jeans, walking around the perimeter. Approximately 15 minutes ago, was threatening to shoot the inmates at the facility. The caller did not see any weapons, is still requesting the area check. He's last seen towards Vista View.
