95 Southbound in the area of Exit 2. Caller reporting there's an excavator that's doing roadwork in the median, but they're partially blocking the lane. Called over to DOT. They did not have any construction in the area. 10-5. 25, 10-3. I'm in contact, as you all said. 10-5. 221, 231, you copy?
