We've got a priority 1 that just came in. It's 2116 Grand. 2116 Grand at the Red Cross building. It's in the lot behind the building. It's a black SUV, Ocean, Lincoln, King, 629. Supervisor here is the caller. They had to terminate a driver. She came in. They believe she's had some possible impairment and seems out of it. They're concerned she's going to try to drive off. They say her car is running, but she hasn't left.
