Suspect description is male, White, low-blonde, haircut, long blue-sleeved hoodie, plaid shorts, only indicating a 33, just patting his waist. Taxer thinks that this is a 16B. Now he's saying that he reassured that he does 33. Said he's waiting, there's one waiting to confirm.

Additional on that 42, 9090, 140, male, White, 5'9", on 49A, outside store, patting his waist, saying he's going to blow someone's face off. Last seen around people near the bridge by this location.
