The caller was a witness, said a gray four-door SUV being driven by an older male black wearing a white do-rag hit a parked Honda, Wisconsin Victor Frank 8696 that's parked facing eastbound. And then it took off heading eastbound, but the caller didn't know where it went once it reached Sheridan Road. 953 Sheriff, can I just get a 28? It's not on a matching vehicle or anything.
