10-4, it's going to be at 647 27th Avenue and Union Hills. There's a bunch of homeless junkies outside of elementary school doing 232 and David. There's about six males in one-on-ones. Majority are Caucasian, 30s to 40s. They have all their belongings with them, no weapons. None for contact, they're back about 10-36.
